Quick Log for the foods you eat all the time

Most of us eat the same handful of meals on repeat. Logging them shouldn't take more effort than eating them.

If you have used the app for a few weeks, the system now knows what you eat a lot. Your morning coffee, your usual oat bowl, that one sandwich you put together when you're tired. Those repeat foods now show up as Quick Log buttons on the food log page.

Tap one, it gets added to today's log with the same nutrition values you already approved last time. No retyping, no re-asking the AI, no waiting on a model response. Just the item, straight into the log.

A small win, but I noticed I personally was logging the same coffee every morning. Three or four taps each time, waiting for the model. By the time I had logged it, I had also accidentally read half my email and forgotten what else I had eaten. So this fixes that, and it should help anyone whose mornings look the same as their other mornings.

If your frequent items list looks off, it's because the system is picking from the foods you've logged most often in the past few weeks. Log a few new things and it will rebalance over time.
